Jerry and Donna have been the pastors of the Father's House for nineteen years. They were both born again in 1991 and have never looked back. They love Jesus more than anything and are very passionate about seeing people saved, delivered, and set free. They would love for everyone who walks into the church to be ready to meet Jesus before they walk out. If you ever need them, they will be there to pray for you.

Gary is from Loretto, TN and gave his life to Christ in 1985. He accepted the call to preach the gospel a couple years later and is still passionately seeking the heart of God. Gary and his wife of 36 years, Melanie, have traveled evangelizing and playing in Gospel groups. They have served as pastors, youth leaders, teachers, and worship leaders to help add to the kingdom of God. They raised one daughter, Michaela, to serve the Lord. 

Trey and Erika are Florence, AL natives and have a strong desire to see the youth of this generation wholeheartedly surrendered to Jesus through a life of simple devotion. They are passionate about teaching the practicalities of Christianity, God's immense love toward us, deep truths, obedience, and sacrifices that Jesus requires of us as believers. Outside of church, Trey and Erika are business owners. They love to travel, explore, and eat good food in their spare time.

We have a passionate faith for Jesus and what He can do in someone's life. We believe that the young adults are the church of today and need to be raised up to be passionate about who Jesus is and what He can do as well.  We have been set free from the bondages of this world and God has called us to lead young adults away from these destructive ways. We believe in sound doctrine and right relationship with Jesus. We also believe in having fun with these kids while maintaining biblical principles. We also both serve on the worship team.

Chris Staggs is one of the youth leaders at the Father's House church. He is married to his best friend, Hannah, since 2012. He reports that his biggest accomplishments are their two beautiful daughters, Olivia and Hadley. They have attended the Father's House since 2008 and they love their church. They enjoy their church family, fellowship, small groups, camping, and always having people they can count on.
